NEVADA NOTARY FEES:

  • Acknowledgment: $5.00 ($2.50 each additional)
  • Jurats: $5.00
  • Oath or affirmation:$2.50
  • Certified copies: $2.50
  • Notarize an absentee ballot—No fees
  • Notarize for the US military veterans—No fees
  • Travel fees must be separate from notary fee
  • Protest: $5.00, $5.00/notice of nonpayment, $5.00 for recording.
  • Copy of notarial record: $1.00 per page plus $2.50 if certified copy.
  • Fees per NRS 240.100

NEVADA MOBILE NOTARY FEE:

Minimum Price:

6am-7pm $20.00 first two hours + $10.00/hour thereafter

7pm-6am $50.00 first two hours + $25.00/hour thereafter


CANCELLATION FEE: 

$20.00 if canceled with two hours or less notice of mobile notary appointment

Signer must provide 2 credible witnesses (both known to the signer) and both witnesses must have ID.
